Camp
Tuition： $400/week (need to enroll both weeks)
Enhanced English Reading & Writing Camp
Grade:  Rising 6 - 8 Grade
Date:     week 5 and week 6 (7/22 - 8/2)
Time： 8:30 am  - 1 pm

​In this course, students will be focused on analyzing reading material, writing persuasive or informative essays that align with Common Core standards for nonfiction writing.
  • Students will spend time analyzing mentor texts for content, organization, and style, then use their observations to improve their own craft.
  • During this course, lessons will cover the entire writing process from brainstorming to final edits. 
  • Students will also meet with the teacher for small group or one-on-one conferences to receive targeted feedback based on their strengths and areas of growth.
Students should leave this course feeling confident in their essay writing skills for middle school coursework.
