    Medical Authorization
    In case of emergency, give names of persons who can be called
    and are authorized to pick up your child if we cannot reach a parent.
    I understand that every effort will be made to contact me in the event of an
    emergency requiring medical attention for my child. However, if I cannot be
    reached I hereby authorize Koo Chinese Academy to transport my child to the nearest
    hospital and to secure for my child the necessary medical treatment.
    Textbook/Workbook Ordering
    Please let us know if you want Koo Chinese Academy to order Chinese Language Class' Textbook/Workbook "Easy Steps to Chinese" for you. We will order the books that match  your child's grade in his/her Chinese Language Class.
    • For Grade 1 through 5, $50 per set which include one textbook and one workbook.
    • For Grade 6 through 8, $40 per set which has one book that combines both the textbook and the workbook.

    Photo/Video Permission
    When after school is in session, there are times when pictures or videos may be
    taken to showcase an activity or an event. Photos or videos may be used internally
    or in school marketing materials, including our school’s website.
    Tuition and Fee:
    1. Registration Fee
    There is a $25 application fee for New Student Registration Only. 

    2. Tuition Fee
    Branchburg Campus: 5 days $400/month， 4 days $352/month，3 days  $276/month，2 days   $192/month
    Basking Ridge Campus: 5 days $440/month， 4 days $390/month，3 days  $320/month，2 days   $230/month

    3. Transportation Fee
    ​if your child needs to be pick up by our vehicle from his/her school to attend our After School Program, there is transportation charge below:
    ​5 days: $100/month, 4 days: $80/month, 3 days: $60/month, 2 days: $40/month 

    Duration
    ​Our After School Program will follow township school district Calendar. For the entire school year, Our charge is nine and half month. Full monthly charge for each month of September through May, half monthly charge for June. 
     
    Discount:
    Sibling Discount:  10% sibling discount on tuition fee for each additional child (on the lesser tuition).

    Cancellation Policy
    30 days advance notice is required. No refunds for the month after the month has started. 

    We reserve the right to modify or cancel classes based on enrollment.
